Is there anything better than putting great minds together? Vistaprinters are as diverse as they are smart, so it's no surprise they're uniting. The Women In Technology (WIT) and Pride groups celebrate how diversity can positively affect technology. Our employees are also actively engaging in the open source community in order to stay on top of the latest tech trends.
“The Break” is one of the most prized benefits we offer our employees. This four-week paid sabbatical was originally established to grant some well-deserved time off to loyal employees when they reach their 5-year tenure. It is so popular; we’ve extended it to employees who refer amazing talent through the campaign. What could you do with a month off?
Your commute is part of your workday, so we want to make it easier for you and reduce our carbon footprint. Many of our offices participate in carpool programs and our Waltham location has its own shuttle service to get you onto campus. Our other locations are easily accessible to great public transportation and we’ll help you keep costs down with pre-tax commuter programs.
Vistaprinters have access to some awesome perks like free food trucks and office snacks. At your desk? Choose between a cozy chair, yoga ball or a hybrid desk. Take a break and visit the on-site gym or game room. Happy hours after work are a regular occasion too. You also get discounts on local activities and the latest tech gadgets or electronics.
There’s so much more — you have to be here to believe it.
Founded in 2014, and now 170 members strong, the Women In Technology group (WIT) is a connected environment where lovers of technology engage and share their voice. It is an inclusive community for those who believe in equality, advocacy, and outreach. Committee volunteers host internal and external events which include outreach programs for women, fun outings, lightning talks, and the monthly speaker series. They are also active participants at the annual Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing.
