As the the Systems Engineer, you will be the technical resource supporting Vistaprint's global IT infrastructure. You will play a crucial role within the Systems Engineering team to ensure the highest quality of IT services are being delivered to Vistaprint’s internal partners.
You will provide infrastructure as a service across the globe at Vistaprint’s manufacturing plants, corporate offices, data centers, and cloud environments. We use Microsoft Windows and multiple flavors of Linux for servers, EMC for traditional unified storage and software-defined storage, and Cisco for networking.
You will participate in identifying and implementing new technologies, prioritize daily infrastructure issues/requests, and implement best practices resulting in consistent solution delivery. This position reports to the Manager of Infrastructure Services.
As a member of Vistaprint’s Infrastructure team, you will be an escalation point for our Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams to ensure our systems are up 24x7xForever.
