** This position works 5:00AM - 5:30 PM Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (Alternates Wednesdays)
The Senior Production Operator will assist in the production of customer orders by running and troubleshooting various types of equipment based in designated department. They will perform quality checks, troubleshooting, light maintenance, and prepare orders.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
§ Understanding of loading and operation of various types of equipment
§ Set up, run, and troubleshoot printing, coating, and post processing/cutting equipment.
§ Ensure all products are printed, processed and cut as outlined in SOP standards.
§ Clean and check area to ensure broken or damaged equipment is not being used.
§ Capable of performing repetitive lifting (up to 50 lbs), flexibility for bending and reaching
§ Perform regular quality checks, working to consistently reduce internal defects and ensuring a quality product is delivered to the proper customer on time.
§ Assist other Team Members as needed based on work load and production needs.
§ Troubleshooting on various types of equipment.
§ Performing preventative maintenance of equipment as needed.
§ Performing any and all related tasks as assigned by Management
§ Able to stand for long periods of time (up to 12 hours)

§ Previous experience in a lean or production manufacturing environment
§ Troubleshooting skills and quality check experience
§ Previous printing experience

§ Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent
§ Technical, Manufacturing, Printing or Quality courses or experience
