You have the exciting opportunity to join the Global Email Marketing Team! As one of the largest and most visible channels at Vistaprint, the team manages the email communications strategy and implementation for our opt-in customer base.  We strive to build a meaningful relationship with our customers by delivering the right message to the right customer at the right time.  This role plays a critical piece in this mission by overseeing successful delivery of marketing messages to our customers, enabling continuous improvement to the way we work and supporting our goal to deliver value early and often. As a Manager, Channel Marketing you will be responsible to manage a team of Email Operations Specialists and to look after their development and career progression.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage team of Email Operations specialists in partnership with counterpart in North America Headquarters in Waltham, MA: responsible for enabling our marketing strategy by overseeing campaign set up, customer segmentation, QA, execution and deliverability ensuring on-time, flawless execution for 16+ markets
  • Provide strong leadership, coaching, mentorship and career management for 2 direct reports and other team members globally
  • Serve as champion of agile guiding teams into associated methodologies by providing feedback, supporting process improvements and acting as a coach for team members across multiple teams
  • Encourage team members to “think differently” and optimize the way we work by supporting calculated risk-taking and driving our experimentation culture


  • 5+ years of online marketing experience with proven success working with globally distributed teams
  • Previous experience in managing a small group of people and in being responsible for their career development is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Experience working with agile methodology/teams
  • Solid analytical skills and fully capable in problem detection/innovative problem solving
  • Exceptional verbal/written communication and organization skills with ability to manage many complex initiatives at once
  • Maintain high level of accuracy with a strong ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience with marketing automation systems preferred (ex. Adobe Campaign, Unica)
  • Fluency in English
