Are you an analytical, innovative thinker who can work with HR partners to define requirements and build/configure scalable solutions within SaaS based HR systems?


As an HRIS Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple global projects for the deployment/extension of new/existing capabilities, including software development, process reengineering and change management work streams. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams from conceptualization through implementation, including phases such as requirements definition, technical design, build, test, deploy and capture value. 


The ideal candidate will have experience working in HR business processes, the ability to develop and integrate complex technologies and facilitate organizational changes to support these new processes and technologies.  The Project Manager will be responsible for working closely with HR, Finance and IT organizations within Cimpress to drive requirements and results for multiple projects within and connected to our SAP ERP system.


Your role will include:

  • Manage key internal client relationships with stakeholders 
  • Drive requirements, priorities and deadlines, not just record and manage them  
  • Lead highly skilled, cross-functional teams (software developers, QA, IT Operations, business stakeholders) across one or more projects
  • Develop and manage budgets for assigned project(s), monitor project progress and adjust resources and priorities accordingly
  • Prepare and present progress reports for management
  • Interact with decision-makers by managing expectations and providing planning to ensure all agreed upon deliverables are met cost-effectively and according to project timeline commitments
  • Solve problems, prioritize deliverables and manage scope with business customers

 You will bring:

  • 3 or more years’ experience leading cross-functional projects
  • Project management experience in HR ERP environments (such as SAP, Oracle ERP) strongly preferred
  • Project/engagement management experience at a large consulting firm preferred
  • Proven ability to run cross-functional, transformational software development projects and to deliver business results through full project cycle; preferably in a fast changing environment
  • Must understand 80/20 prioritization
  • Must have the ability to quickly analyze and solve problems
  • Must be a team player, highly motivated and detail-oriented
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work in an environment at a fast pace and with changing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or similar preferred
