Are you an analytical, innovative thinker who can work with HR partners to define requirements and build/configure scalable solutions within SaaS based HR systems?

 

The HR Systems Configuration Analyst will focus on improving the efficiency of Cimpress’ HR organization through the use of technology. The role provides systems administration and HR process exposure to include various global HR systems such as iCims, SuccessFactors and ServiceNow. 

 

This role will act as an internal consultant, delivering best practice solutions that are tailored to our unique business needs. S/he will also assist users with administrative tasks which require the use of sophisticated application tools or advanced computer skills and perform system maintenance functions to ensure data integrity and data security.

 

Responsibilities:

    • Provide functional expertise and leadership to Cimpress in SaaS systems administration for technology and functionality
    • Analyze and implement most effective and efficient HR processes globally to support business requirements to include remote and international employee population
    • Act as a subject matter expert in small to mid-sized HR projects such as configuration and expanded rollout of talent acquisition software (iCims)
    • Provide application and operations support to users of HR systems; this may include support for routine annual processes, system configuration, problem resolution, local IT liaison, reporting and user training
    • Partner with HRIS developers to either acquire and implement new systems or redesign existing systems to work within our growing organization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 3-5 years of HRIS or other enterprise system experience
  • Experience supporting other HR related software applications such as SuccessFactors or applicant tracking software required
  • SAP HCM experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to use technology to streamline processes
  • Flexible and able to prioritize multiple projects and tasks
  • Solid interpersonal skills and team player attitude
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel to analyze data and trouble shoot interfaces
  • Ability to write detailed documentation including functional specifications and test plans
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem solving skills
