Senior Human Resources Business Process Analyst


As a Senior HR Business Process Analyst you will be responsible for translating initial human resources business processes requirements into systems requirements. You will act as a liaison between the HR team and the HR Information Systems team, tasked with prioritizing systems enhancements in accordance with company strategy. In parallel, you will be responsible for the security audit of our HR systems and processes.

This role will report into the Lead, HR Project Management Office.


Your role will involve

  • Collaborating with business partners and HR across the organization to understand and support complex business requirements to build out data systems requirements
  • Responsible for gathering, defining and documenting detailed business process designs
  • Work with the Lead HR Project Manager to prioritize systems related work
  • Liaise with HRIS squad leaders on HR Systems priorities and security configuration
  • Approve and audit security access for HR systems (SAP, iCims, SuccessFactors etc.)
  • Maintain file folder security access for HR as well as HR distribution lists
  • Develop and maintain procedures for auditing systems, distribution lists and folder security
  • Work with the Information Privacy & Security team on HR systems security requirements
  • Work with Internal Audit team on HR systems audits
  • Communicate changes and impacts to end user and support audiences as needed
  • Complete ad-hoc assignments as needed
  • Work on projects as needed


In return you will bring

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of relevant experience
  • Advanced problem solving and research skills
  • Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets and database software
  • Previous experience with HR ERP Applications (SAP, SuccessFactors, iCims) is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability for process improvement and critical thinking
  • Effective communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a group
  • Advanced knowledge of business practices and processes
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
