The Lead Compensation Analyst will be responsible for supporting global compensation programs primarily focused on the Manufacturing & Supply Chain Business Unit with some other smaller business unit support as well.  As part of a Total Rewards & Immigration/Mobility team this position gathers market data and develops market reference points and salary structures, responds to questions on compensation programs and practices, supports managers during compensation planning or general inquiries and develops new programs as needed.  


Your role will involve:

  • Conduct research, work on design and evaluation, and assist with implementation of compensation programs.  Participate in plan modeling, cost analysis, review of market trends and working with legal to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Works closely with Senior Leadership as an advisor on compensation related issues and initiatives to meet business goals.  Guides leadership through compensation programs such as the annual compensation planning process and annual Long Term Incentive grant process.
  • With the Compensation Team, work on the rollout of the annual compensation planning cycle as well as support any specific business unit compensation programs. 
  • Researching best practices and any compensation issues or opportunities and help develop solutions. 
  • Evaluate positions to determine level and competitive total compensation, ensuring timely and quality delivery of job evaluations and pricings for inquiries such as offers or promotions according to the company policy and business needs.
  • Provide compensation data and expertise on new office locations globally.
  • Participate in compensation market surveys

In return you will bring:

  • 5+ years of relevant compensation experience; past experience working for a global company in a compensation role required
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-service oriented, experience working as the Compensation lead for specific business units or groups
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment
