The User Experience team is responsible for overall strategy, design, and business performance of Vistaprint’s websites globally. We are responsible for user interface design, document design selection, and website marketing and merchandising. The team maximizes the business value of our websites through both large and small initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction, conversion rate, and average order value.
We practice user-centered design, doing detailed market research to understand and cater to the diverse needs of the small business market (over 400 industries and occupations from accountants to yoga instructors). We iteratively design, test, measure, and optimize all website features, interfaces, and document designs through a combination of quantitative measurement (analytics and site feature testing) and qualitative research (usability research with customers and non-customers).
