The Customer Marketing Specialist is a member of the Global Customer Strategy team which is responsible for managing the end to end touch points of our global customers. This team is responsible for defining global segments for our customers and then developing contact strategies by building relevant cross channel marketing treatment for unique segments and lifecycles.  The ultimate objective of the team is to optimize repeat metrics across all customer populations.

This role will be responsible for the global sample kit strategies and additional cross channel treatments.  This includes prioritizing segmentation populations and working cross functionally with marketing partners to execute the contact strategy. The Customer Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the long-term value (LTV) analysis and reporting for these treatments.  

A successful candidate will be a self-starter, organized, highly motivated and a good communicator.  They will have very strong collaboration skills and work well with diverse marketing and technology teams.  They will have experience working on strategic marketing projects as well as marketing channel execution. 



  • Contributing fresh ideas and innovative concepts to help meet global strategic goals
  • Understanding and applying appropriate metrics and customer insight to the treatment development process
  • Producing effective customer marketing strategies that result in high-performing cross channel contact treatments
  • Coordinating with Cap Dev to define technical requirements and ensure successful implementation
  • Working closely with our in-house creative department to develop creative strategic briefs and ensure customer strategy guidelines and legal requirements are being met
  • Liaising with marketing channel teams to ensure each channels campaign creative is on-target, on-strategy and executed successfully
  • Monitoring long-term customer level performance and analyzing marketing treatments

Experience and Requirements:

  • BA or BS required in business, marketing or related field
  • 2 years’ experience in a marketing strategy and/or marketing channel role
  • Data driven or results oriented
  • Positive, can do attitude
  • Strong knowledge of the internet and related marketing channels
  • Ability to interact with cross functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent computer sk
