As a Manager, HR Data Management you will be responsible for managing the Client Support team and providing technical system-related and process guidance on internal HR Systems. The role is responsible for providing a high level of knowledge and support to their team and functional areas of global HR and for timely handling of transaction and ticket requests. This role will require strong leadership and problem solving skills while delivering exceptional customer service.

 

Your role will involve:

 

  • Supervising and developing HRSC (Service Center) Representatives
  • Assigning, prioritizing and monitoring the daily activities of the team, assuring proper alignment of resources/skill sets to inquiry/request demand
  • Performing daily review of open case queues to ensure inquiries/requests are being assigned, resolved and closed properly and in a timely manner
  • Regularly monitor incoming tickets to assigned staff to ensure compliance, track performance, monitor trends, provide feedback, and improve quality
  • Handling issues that have been escalated from Tier I or Tier II staff. Collaborate with COEs, HRPBs, HRIS or third parties to research and resolve issues or handoff to the appropriate team
  • Collaborating with HR stakeholders, COEs and HRBPs to assure strategic alignment, clear division of duties, and leverage of efficiency/effectiveness opportunities in support of outstanding service delivery to customers
  • Developing and managing metrics and service level agreements for internal customers and provide periodic reporting on performance
  • Building solid working relationships, based on thorough knowledge of the business and HR procedures, with the HR team(s)

 

In return you will bring:

 

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of HR and/or related experience.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of HRIS/payroll systems. ServiceNow, SAP and iCIMS knowledge is desirable.
  • Solid fundamentals working with Microsoft applications; such as Microsoft Excel, Word, etc..
  • Excellent customer service focus and manner, demonstrating a sense of urgency in resolving issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent level of English is a must.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism; understanding of how and when to escalate issues
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage in a team environment, seeking the ideas of others and valuing differing perspectives.
  • Ability to solve problems and make timely and informed decisions; persuasion, influence and negotiation skills
