Are you an expert in setting up local HR strategies, working across multiple levels of management and employees to identify HR opportunities within a fast paced and global organization? Then read on!

As HR Site Manager, you will work closely with the Site Business Leadership Team and with Global HR Functional Managers to develop local strategies that allow us to attract, develop and retain top talent for the site.

You will serve as a resource to the business in setting up local HR Strategies, together with working across multiple levels of management and employees to identify HR opportunities and partners with the business and the Global HR Functional Leads to utilize systems and develop processes to create sustainable solutions that drive organizational performance. In addition to day-to-day responsibilities supporting the business, you will take ownership of key initiatives and driving projects to completion.


Your job will involve:


  • Partnering with the Site Business Leadership team to identify local priorities
  • Regularly consulting with global HR Functional Leads on Site HR needs
  • Being accountable for managing Global/Local focus in partnership with Functional Managers
  • Setting up a Site HR strategy to answer local needs and work closely with HR CoE to find solutions
  • Providing day to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
  • Building a sense of Team in HR on site and support the local HR Team to maintain Customer Focus
  • May assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters
  • Providing guidance and input on unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning
  • Identifying training needs for units and individual coaching needs. Provide management coaching and advice, especially around managing in a rapidly growing and changing environment
  • Participating in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs. Follow-up to ensure training objectives are met
  • Monitoring the Local Market on trends, market conditions, employment competitive landscape and ability to link external happenings to the location



In return, you will bring:

  • At least 12 years of HR Partner or Generalist experience.
  • Global experience
  • Experience in dealing with complex environments and organizational challenges
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management and employment laws
  • Exceptional relationship building skills in order to gain support and achieve results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Action orientation and comfort with very fast pace and rapid change
  • Flexibility to interact with employees at all levels
  • Self-directed and motivated
  • Ability to travel internationally on occasion
